Kelly and Ben, thank you for the opportunity to design the online home of Cedar Estates. I am so excited for you both and here to support in any way I can.

Summary: a boutique agency rooted in the Northern Rivers, where relationships come before transactions and every client is treated like a neighbour, not a number.

This proposal sets out how I'll translate that vision into a website that feels as warm, considered and trustworthy as the two of you are in person — elegant and minimal, effortless to navigate, and built so you can keep it fresh yourselves long after handover.

Real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and life's significant moments — the website should say exactly that from the first scroll.

Design Direction

Down-to-earth luxury, with room to breathe.

Mixed serif and sans-serif, clean lines, generous spacing, and a lifestyle-led feeling — the references you shared, distilled.

The overall style you're drawn to — a refined pairing of serif and sans-serif type, clean composition and confident use of white space. We'll take direction from their calm hierarchy and their “About Us” treatment.

Our name has a strong connection to the Northern Rivers. Our region is home to a rich history of red cedar and many other native cedar species that have shaped the landscape and heritage of this beautiful part of Australia. The Australian red cedar helped shape the history of the Northern Rivers, and we wanted a name that reflected the strength, heritage, and natural beauty of the region we call home. The cedar tree is woven into the story of the Northern Rivers, making it a natural fit for a local business dedicated to helping people put down roots and build their future here.

A place where communities still look after one another, local businesses are supported, and genuine connections matter. Surrounded by some of the world's most beautiful beaches, fresh local produce, and a thriving culture of creativity. Most of all, it's the people who make this region so remarkable. The Northern Rivers has a way of welcoming people in, and we're proud to help others find their place and build their future here.

When creating Cedar Estates, Benny and Kelly had a clear vision in mind. They wanted to build a business that puts people first. While achieving exceptional results for their clients is always a priority, they believe real estate is ultimately about people, relationships, and life's significant moments. Throughout the campaign, we personally guide buyers through the property, answer questions, gather valuable feedback, and maintain ongoing communication to maximise interest and create genuine competition.

Settlement & Beyond

Successfully negotiating a sale is only part of the journey. From contract exchange through to settlement, attention to detail is essential to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

We coordinate the process with buyers, solicitors, conveyancers, and other parties involved, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Your listings are powered by Mantis Property, which offers a native Wix plugin. New listings, price changes and “sold” updates flow straight onto the site — no double-handling, no manual re-uploads.

I recommend building on Wix for its seamless Mantis integration and the freedom to make updates yourself without outsourcing. A full training session and tutorial is included on handover so you're confident from day one.

In short: I design and build it beautifully; Mantis keeps the listings current; and Wix keeps you in control — with me a message away whenever you need a hand.

Discovery & content

We confirm direction, gather your photography, video, copy and contact details, and lock the site map together.

Week 1–2

Design concept

I present the home page and key page designs — type, colour, layout and interactions — for your feedback.

Week 2–3

Build & integration

Approved designs are built in Wix, with Mantis listings, forms and the Book an Appointment capability connected.

Week 3

Revisions

We refine together — as many rounds as it takes until you're genuinely happy with every detail.

Week 4

Training & launch

A walkthrough of how to manage and update the site, final checks, then we go live. 🌿

Indicative timeline of roughly 3–4 weeks, dependent on content readiness and feedback turnaround. Happy to adjust the pace to suit you both.

One transparent build fee, plus your ongoing Wix subscription — no surprises.

Recommended Core Plan, billed by Wix — includes hosting, a free domain for the first year and the ability to run the site yourselves. Pricing is subject to change per Wix.

One-off · plus Wix subscription
$2,000 AUD

Suggested payment structure: a 50% deposit to secure your spot and commence, with the remaining 50% due on completion at handover. The Wix subscription is paid directly to Wix and remains in your name. Timeline and terms can be tailored to suit you — just say the word.
